● Measurement of deep holes with specific diameters, deep concave/convex surfaces with large curvature, agular planes;


● Capable of covering hardness measurement for the vast majority of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and their alloys in industrial production.

● Test Direction: Spports 360°. Measurement can be performed as long as the indenter forms a 90°±5° angle with the test surface. (Note: Where "perpendicular" is menti between the indenter and the test surface in this manual, a deviation of ±5° is allowed, i.e., 90°±5°.)


● Hardness Scales: HB/HRC/HV/HRA/HRB/HS/MPa.


● Battery Specifications: Voltage 4.2V, Capacity 4800mAh rechargeable litm battery.


● Charging Time: The theoretical charging time for the battery supplied with this instrument is 8 hours. To extend battery life, each charge should be no less tha 4 hours.


● Battery Life: After a full charge, the instrument can operate normally for 10 hours (with backlight turned off).


● Data Printing & Export: Measurement data can beinted via an external portable printer or exported to a computer via a super terminal. Please refer to sections 6.8 and 6.11 for detailed operations.


● InterStorage: Can store 1000 groups of data, with 20 measurements per group.


● Measurement Results: Multiple points can be measured and averaged for workpieces with uneven hardness istribution. Each data group also provides maximum, minimum, and converted values.


● Optional Test Stand: Enables fast batch testing of small finished parts with simple operation and high test accuNon-destructive to the test surface, stable performance, and high test accuracy.



Maintenance and Repair


● Before and after measurement, please gently wipe the indenter on the probe with a non-woven cloth dipped in alcohol lean off any dirt.


● After measurement, please use a clean cloth to wipe off any dirt from the surface of the main unit and the probe.


● Please charge the device befose if it has not been used for a long time.


● Since the diamond indenter on the probe is hard and brittle, it is prone to detachment upon severe impact. Therefore, plthe silicone protective cover over the probe when not in use, and store the main unit and accessories in the accompanying tool case.
