Product Introduction
The drum washing machine shock absorber damping force (friction force) performance testing machine is specialized equipment for testing the mechanics of washing machine suspension rods. The equipment is controlled by a PC program, driven by a high-torque servo motor, and utilizes a high-sampling-rate data acquisition card to obtain accurate and stable force vs. deformation curves during the high-speed up-and-down motion of the suspension rods. Equipped with four sensors, this device can simultaneously test the force curves of four products, significantly improving testing efficiency, making it one of the ideal fatigue testing devices for suspension rod force measurement.
Product Design Principles
In accordance with product testing requirements, an eccentric wheel is used to convert rotary motion into linear motion to achieve the high-speed rating motion of the lifting rod. A linear bearing is mounted on the moving beam, which is connected to
a moving block on the adjustable eccentric disc at the bottom via a connectind. After the eccentricity is adjusted, the motor completes one revolution to drive the moving beam through one linear up-and-down stroke, thereby completing one reciprocating test cycle.
Meanwhilpper testing position of the machine adjusts the vertical movement of the beam to select the testing position of the lifting rod within the lifting cylinder.

Critical Parameter Test Plan
1. Test Plan for Suspension Rod Damping Force: Test using a damping force tester at the rated operating frequency. Afe test value stabilizes, read the maximum and minimum values within the same cycle. Here, k is the spring stiffness coefficient corresponding to the test, with numerical values referenced from e drawing; L=10mm is the stroke for the suspension system durability test.
2. Test Plan for Shock Absorber Friction Force: Mount the shock absorber on a d force gauge with a capacity of 250N. Operate it on the dynamic tester at a speed of 0.262m/s and a st of 50mm for 15s, then record the value. After the shock absorber cools down to 25℃, perform the next measurement. Take the average of three mrements. The test result should be: the damping friction force of the shock absorber should be between 60N and 120N.
