The Headrest Insertion/Extraction Durability Testing Machine is designed to perform automotive seat headrest insertion/extraction cyclic durability tests (at room temperature, high and low temperatures), headrest insertion/extraction force tests, unlocking force tests, and other related test items..This testing machine is suitable for the following scenarios: headrest evaluation tests, new designs, process changes, material changes, source identification, and product quality sampling inspections. The test software interface utilizes virtual instrument technology in a Windows environment, featuring a user-friendly human-machine interface and convenient operation.

2.1  Technical Specifications

2.1.1  Load Measurement Range: 500N; Measurement Accuracy: ±1%;

2.1.2  Cylinder Stroke: 200mm and 20mm respectively;

2.1.3  Cylinder Air Supply Pressure: ≥0.6 MPa;

2.1.4  Approximate Test Motion Speed: 800mm/min; (Speed adjustment is achieved by regulating the throttle valve)

2.2  Insertion/Extraction Cycle Durability Performance Features

2.2.1  Full-range load measurement without range switching;

2.2.2  Test data is stored in a database. After testing, data analysis can be performed, such as automatic scaling and display of data points.

2.2.3  The interface employs virtual instrument technology, and test curves are displayed in a simulated oscilloscope format. It can record and display curves such as load-displacement and load-time for each loading cycle.

2.2.4  Print test data results, facilitating comprehensive analysis of various test data.

2.2.5  Load calibration method is simple and easy to operate.

2.2.6  The measurement and control system adopts a modular design for easy maintenance.

2.2.7  Test process parameters can be configured, such as setting the number of test cycles, test frequency, and test protection.

2.2.8  During the test, operational force is monitored. If the force exceeds the set value, motion stops immediately and an alarm is triggered.
